A Family Plumbing Company Out of Rialto
Gustavo Nobile runs ArCor Rooter Corp on one rule: find the problem before you sell the repair. C-36 licensed, camera-first, and working across four counties six days a week.
Camera first. Straight prices. The same crew from diagnosis to backfill.
ArCor Rooter Corp is a family plumbing company based on North Fitzgerald Avenue in Rialto. We are a licensed C-36 plumbing contractor — license #C36-1082481 — and we work on homes and commercial buildings across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, roughly seventy-five miles in every direction from the shop.
Most of what we do starts underground: main line stoppages, root-invaded clay laterals, cast iron that has scaled shut, and supply lines failing under a slab. That work rewards patience and punishes guessing, which is why we camera before we quote anything below the floor. You see the footage, we mark the depth and position on the surface, and you decide with real information instead of a sales pitch.
The rest of the list follows from the same crew and the same trucks: copper and PEX repipes, gas line replacement and testing, DWV work, water heaters and tankless units, water softener installation, hydro jetting for grease-loaded commercial kitchens, and full rough-in for additions, ADUs and tenant improvements. One company from the diagnosis to the backfill, and a phone number that gets answered.
What we stand for
Six standards we hold ourselves to on every project — big or small.
Evidence, Not Opinions
Camera footage and located marks before any recommendation.
Priced Up Front
The number is agreed before the work starts, in writing.
Licensed and Permitted
C-36 licensed, with permits pulled where the work requires them.
One Crew, Start to Finish
The people who diagnose it are the people who repair it.
Respect for the Property
Protected work areas, compacted backfill, patched concrete.
Reachable Hours
6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, on a phone that gets answered.
A better service experience, by design
Generic promises are easy. We focus on the habits that actually make the difference.
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
A clean, predictable process so you always know what's next.
Tell Us the Symptoms
Which fixtures back up, how long it's been happening, whether there's a cleanout. Most jobs get half-diagnosed on the phone.
Locate and Camera
We find the blockage or the leak with a camera and a line locator, then mark depth and position on the surface before anyone digs.
The Repair
Cable, jet, spot repair or full repipe — priced in writing first, then done by the same crew that diagnosed it.
Test and Walk It
We run the line, check for leaks, backfill and clean up, then walk the finished work with you before we invoice.
